Information about personal data processing
The Company, as an authorized controller and processor of the personal data supplied by its customers, suppliers and their employees, would hereby like to inform you which personal data are collected and processed, how they are subsequently handled, for which purpose they are used, which other entities may be provided with them and who you may contact to get information about your personal data processing.
The Company has been processing the personal data of its customers, suppliers and their employees in accordance with the REGULATION (EU) OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as amended, and Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection, as amended.
The following personal data are processed:
- The personal data necessary for proper keeping the business relations – the contact data, i.e. name and surname, the firm address, telephone number and email address.
The Company declares that the processed personal data are kept in a way preventing their unauthorized transfer or unauthorized access, they are protected against loss or destruction or misuse by unauthorized persons.
All of the Company’s employees were properly instructed how to protect and handle the personal data. The subcontractors who may get in contact with the above-mentioned clients’ personal data have been bound by the confidentiality obligation. The Company may transfer the personal data of its customers and suppliers if requested by the state administration bodies or e.g. the insurance company.
All of the personal data are processed for the period of at most 10 years. To get information about the processed personal data, the clients may exercise their right and to contact the Person Authorized to Protect the Personal Data, or directly the Personal Data Controller.
